We are an independent guide. We are not a bank, not Alipay, not WeChat, and not a licensed travel agency. We cannot approve accounts, issue tickets, or grant visas.
If you do not have the materials listed under Need before you buy on a product page, do not pay.
1. Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Pay in full by PayPal before we send steps or a file. A PayPal receipt is your proof of purchase. Keep it. Email aqi@agentmail.to after you pay if the store does not already have your order note (dates, time zone, and what you bought).
2. Refunds and cancellation

Unused means we have not begun the written thread. Email cancellation to aqi@agentmail.to. The 24-hour clock uses the start time we confirmed by email.
Digital files

Delivery is the time we send the file to the email on your order. Used includes opening, downloading, printing, or copying. Digital goods are for personal use only. No resale. No physical shipping.
Membership
Cancel anytime. Current paid month is not refunded once started unless we agree by email. After cancel, access until the end of the period already paid.
Failed verification is not an automatic refund. Alipay, WeChat Pay, banks, and app stores decide who they verify. If an official app or bank declines you, that is not an automatic refund. We email official steps for your own device. We do not control the outcome. Refunds, when due, go back through PayPal to the account that paid.
3. Delivery
- Written 1:1: after payment we email steps; you get a start window in your time zone.
- Digital: emailed within 24 hours of payment (or within 24 hours of receiving your details).
- Membership: one short email reply per paid month. Written only.
No physical shipping. We do not need a street address.
If you have not received a file 24 hours after payment, write to aqi@agentmail.to with your PayPal receipt.
4. License (personal use only)
You may use the written steps, checklist, or outline for your own trip and keep a copy.
You may not resell, republish, or share the file as a product, pack, or giveaway.
You keep your own passport and phone. We do not take devices. We do not keep logins, passwords, or payment-app credentials. Do not send those to us.
5. What we do not do
- We do not apply for visas or promise entry.
- We do not sell tickets, hotel bookings, or licensed tours.
- We do not use unofficial apps, borrowed accounts, or anyone else's login.
- We do not impersonate travelers or pull private itineraries from agencies.
- We do not guarantee that a bank or app will verify you.
- We do not do voice, video, or watch your screen.
